Kids really say the darnest things!

I just started chinese tuition for a p3 kid.
Last week when i first met him he told me his parents r divorced.
Today he asked me 'Did i tell u something about my dad? Start with G and end with D'
Me: Girlfriend?
Him: How you know!! So you only know today or since last week?
Me: Today! You just told me!
Him: OH NO!! I shouldn't have told you! My grandma said not to!! *smacks head*

and then..

Him: Tell you another secret, you know what my dad and his girlfriend do?
Me: *dumbfounded* Erm..
Him: NOT kissing leh
NOT bathe together leh..
Me: *gobsmacked* let's get back to the passage NOW! CONCENTRATE!


OMG kids these days.. this little dude is full of surprises man.
I wonder what he gets exposed to..what his parents told him when they got divorced.
It's really a wonder how the little boy stays so optimistic and chatty and totally HIGH for every lesson though. i love that kid <3
even if he has really weird chinese pronunciation.
